This Privacy Policy explains how Simplibot Technologies (“Humanize.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Humanize.ai platform, website, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information — name, email address, phone number, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash) that you provide during registration.
Google Sign-In information — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, Google profile picture, and a unique Google account identifier. We use this only to authenticate you and create or link your Humanize.ai account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service.
Campaign data — lead lists, scripts, call recordings, transcripts, and outcomes that you or your team upload or generate while using the Service.
Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and diagnostic logs collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies — we use first-party cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To authenticate you and secure your account.
To send transactional emails (password resets, campaign completion notifications, account alerts).
To run voice campaigns on your behalf using the contact lists you upload.
To monitor, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of recipients:

Service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality agreements, including:
- Google Cloud Platform — application hosting and infrastructure.
- Google OAuth — sign-in and identity verification.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Twilio and Exotel — telephony and voice call delivery.
- Google AI Studio (Gemini) and Anthropic — voice and language model processing.
Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Humanize.ai, our users, or the public.
Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same privacy commitments.

4. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Campaign recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months by default, or longer if required by law or contract. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, salted password hashing, and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and India's DPDP Act), you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request deletion of your information.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Port your information to another service.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. International transfers

We operate from the United States and India. Your information may be processed in either country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to lawfully transfer data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or via the Service.
